This is an embroidery piece I did last year. It's done with pearl cotton on hand-dyed cotton. Most of the stitches are french knots.

Brenda, I just saw your 52 X 18 inch submission for Surface Design 2005 and wonder how you hung the dress. Was it attached to a background with a sleeve or did it hang free form or ????
